THE ORIGINAL FRANK'S® REDHOT® BUFFALO CHICKEN WINGS
Makes 24-30 individual pieces.
Prep Time: 10 min. Cook Time: 20 min.
1. BAKE wings in foil-lined pan at 500 °F on lowest oven rack for 20 to 25
min. until crispy, turning once.
2. TOSS wings in Buffalo Wings Sauce to coat.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
Tip: You may substitute 1/2 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Sauce mixed with 1/3 cup
melted butter for the Buffalo Wings Sauce.
Alternate Cooking Directions: Deep-fry at 375°F for 10 min.
Broil 6-inches from heat 15 to 20 min., turning once.
Grill over medium heat 20 to 25 min., turning often.
OR Sauce Up your frozen or take out wings:
Frozen or Flavored Wings & Tenders: for a more authentic Buffalo taste,
toss them in Frank's RedHot Sauce after baking.
Take-Out Wings & Tenders: Splash Frank's RedHot Sauce on prior to
serving.
FRANK'S® REDHOT® BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP
This robust creamy dip tastes like Buffalo Chicken Wings but without the
mess! Serve hot with celery sticks, veggies or your favorite chips.
Prep Time: 5 min. Cook Time: 20 min.
1 (8 oz.) package Cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup Blue cheese or ranch salad dressing
1/2 cup any flavor FRANK'S® REDHOT® Sauce
1/2 cup Crumbled blue cheese or shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cans (12.5 oz. each) SWANSON® White Premium Chunk Chicken Breast in Water, drained
1. HEAT oven to 350ºF. Place cream cheese into deep baking dish. Stir
until smooth.
2. MIX in salad dressing, Frank's RedHot sauce and cheese. Stir in
chicken.
3. BAKE 20 minutes or until mixture is heated through; stir. Garnish as
desired. Serve with crackers or cut up vegetables.
Makes 4 cups dip
Microwave Directions: Prepare as above. Place in microwave-safe dish.
Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH 5 min. until hot, stirring halfway through
cooking.
Tips: You may substitute 2 cups shredded cooked chicken.
Slow Cooker Method: Combine ingredients as directed above. Place mixture
into small slow cooker. Cover pot. Heat on HIGH setting for 1 1/2 hours
until hot and bubbly or on LOW setting for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Stir.
Tailgating Tip: Prepare dip ahead and place in heavy disposable foil pan.
Place pan on grill and heat dip until hot and bubbly.
SIZZLING HOT BUFFALO CHICKEN & SHRIMP QUESADILLAS
Prep Time: 15 min.
Cook Time: 3 min.
12 (6 inch) flour tortillas
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup diced cooked chicken
6 oz. small frozen shrimp, thawed and drained (salad shrimp)
1/2 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Hot Buffalo Wings Sauce
1 tomato, diced
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
Blue cheese or ranch salad dressing (optional)
1. SPRINKLE cheese over 6 tortillas, dividing evenly. Toss chicken and
shrimp with Hot Buffalo Wings Sauce. Spoon over cheese layer, and top with
tomato and celery.
2. COVER each layered tortilla with a second tortilla; press down firmly.
3. COOK quesadillas for 2 to 3 min. on an electric grill pan or barbecue
grill until toasted and cheese melts. Cut into wedges.
Makes 6 servings.
SWEET HEAT BBQ PIZZAS
Prep Time: 15 min.
Cook Time: 15 min.
2 (12 inch) prebaked thin pizza crust shells
1 cup CATTLEMEN'S® Award Winning Classic Barbecue Sauce
2 ripe, plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
2 cups diced, cooked chicken
1/2 cup FRANK'S® REDHOT® Sweet Heat BBQ Wings Sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella or Cheddar cheese
1. Heat oven to 400°F. Place pizza shells on baking sheets. Spread with
barbecue sauce and top with tomatoes and onion.
2. TOSS chicken with Sweet Heat BBQ Wings Sauce. Arrange chicken on top
of pizzas. Sprinkle with cheese.
3. BAKE pizzas 15 min. until crust is crispy and cheese melts. Garnish
with minced parsley, if desired. Cut into wedges to serve.
Makes 8 servings.
Variation: Grill pizza over medium-high heat for 15 minutes or until crust
is crispy and cheese melts.
BLOODY MARYS
Prep Time: 5 min.
Chill Time: 30 min.
1 qt. tomato juice
1/2 cup SKYY Vodka®
2 tbsp. FRANK'S® REDHOT® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce or FRANK'S® REDHOT® XTRA HOT Cayenne Pepper Sauce
2 tbsp. FRENCH'S® Worcestershire Sauce
2 tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. celery salt
1. MIX all ingredients in large pitcher.
2. CHILL. Serve over ice.
Makes 4 servings.
Southwest Variation: Substitute FRANK'S® REDHOT® Chile 'n LimeT Hot
Sauce. Omit horseradish and add 2 tsp. chile powder.
