Member Tip :
Don't heat up your kitchen by boiling potatoes for your potato salad.
Instead, try micro-waving them in their skin. They are so easy to peel when they're done, and easy to mash or cube too.

COOKING TIP
More Cooking Tips
Concentrated Iced Tea
My family goes through alot of iced tea, so I make a double batch. One batch goes directly to the pitcher, and the second batch is kept
undiluted in a sealed plastic bottle in the fridge. When the pitcher is empty I simply combine the concetrated tea with water for a fast
pitcher of iced tea.
