Broccoli Cheese Potato Topper
Our friends at the Campbell's Soup Company were kind enough to share this marvelous recipe with us. Try it today for a great side dish at dinner or a hearty lunch.
Broccoli Cheese Potato Topper
Prep/Cook Time: 10 minutes
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Healthy Request® Condensed Cream of Broccoli Soup
1/4 cup milk
Dash pepper
4 large hot baked potatoes, split
1 cup cooked broccoli flowerets
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (1 ounce)
In small bowl, mix soup, milk, and pepper.
Place hot potatoes on microwave-safe plate. Carefully fluff up potatoes with fork.
Top each potato with broccoli. Spoon soup mixture over potatoes. Top with cheese. Microwave on HIGH 4 minutes or until hot.
