Do you have to make something for an upcoming
fall festival or bake sale? This recipe for toffee
grahams is super easy and looks great packaged
in bags with pretty bows!
12 honey graham cracker sheets
1 C. butter
1/2 C. sugar
6 oz. milk chocolate chips
6 oz. white chocolate chips
candy decorations such as candy sprinkles, nuts, etc.

Preheat oven to 325*
Line a 15 x 10 baking pan with wax paper. Lightly grease pan and wax paper with cooking spray.
Line tray with 2 rows of graham crackers and set aside.
In a pot, melt butter and sugar over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium and continue cooking for 3 minutes.
Pour sugar mixture over graham crackers. Use a spoon to spread the mixture over the edges of the grahams.
Bake for 10 minutes. Cool on countertop.
Melt milk chocolate chips and white chocolate chips in separate bowls in the microwave. Pour the melted milk chocolate over 6 grahams, spreading evenly to cover all of the grahams. Immediately sprinkle candy toppings over the chocolate.
Spread the melted white chocolate over the remaining 6 graham crackers. Melt ¼ C. orange candy melts in a bowl in the microwave. Carefully spoon the melted orange chocolate into a plastic baggie. Seal baggie and then snip the off one end of the bag. Pipe the chocolate in a zigzag design over the white chocolate. Immediately sprinkle with colored candies.
Set the tray on the counter to allow the chocolate to cool and harden. For a faster set up, place the tray into the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Once the chocolate has hardened, remove the bars from the tray and place on a table or cutting board. Peel the waxed paper from the grahams.
Break the toffee grahams into different sized pieced and pack into gift bags. You can also store the grahams in a tightly sealed container. Best if stored in refrigerator or freezer if not eating soon.
