Go Bananas with Tarzan

Banana Smoothie

1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 Ripe banana
1 cup milk
1/2 cup Crushed ice

Combine all ingredients in blender and whip until smooth.

Nilla Nana Puddin'

3 bananas
Vanilla wafers
1 large box instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 cups milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 Can Eagle Brand milk
1 Tsp. vanilla extract

Layer vanilla wafers and bananas in bottom of a serving dish. Mix instant vanilla pudding with 1 1/2 cups milk and beat with mixer for 2 minutes. Add Cool Whip, Eagle Brand milk and vanilla. Pour part of mixture over wafers and bananas; make another layer of wafers and bananas and pour mixture over layers and continue with layers until you've used it all. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Banana-mallow Squares

1 pkg. Yellow cake mix
1/2 cup Butter
2 Eggs
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Filling
3 1/4 cups Miniature marshmallow
1 small pkg. Instant vanilla pudding
2 ripe bananas; mashed

CRUST: Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9x13" pan. In large bowl combine cake mix, butter, eggs and nuts. Blend well. Press 1/2 of the mixture into bottom of pan; reserve remaining for topping.

FILLING: Microwave marshmallows until melted and smooth, stirring often and careful not to overcook. Add dry pudding mix and bananas to melted marshmallows. Spread evenly over dough. Crumble remaining dough over filling. Bake 20-25 minutes or until dough is golden brown.

Banana Butter Crackerwiches

1 cup Peanut butter
26 Graham cracker squares
1 cup ripe bananas

Thoroughly mash banana in bowl and blend in peanut butter. Chill. Spread 2 Tbsp. mixture onto one square graham cracker; cover with second graham cracker square. Keep chilled until ready to eat.

Frozen Choco-Nanas Pops

2 medium banana, peeled and cut in half
5 squares finely crushed graham crackers
2 tsp. chocolate syrup
4 Popsicle sticks

Wrap banana halves in wax paper or foil and freeze till hard. On sheet of wax paper spread half the cracker crumbs; coat 1 banana half with 1/2-tsp. syrup. Roll in crumbs. Repeat procedure with remaining banana halves. Push Popsicle sticks into end of bananas and serve.
