This week's recipe was submitted to us by 7 year old Evelyn in Bellevue, Nebraska. Evelyn's mother says, "Evelyn's favorite part is breaking the chocolate and graham crackers into pieces!".
S'mores Clusters
Tools needed:
1 cup measuring cup
1/3 cup measuring cup
1 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon
12 paper-lined muffin cups
Large microwave-safe bowl
Ingredients:
6 milk chocolate candy bars (1.55 ounces each), broken into pieces
1 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil
2 cups miniature marshmallows
8 whole graham crackers, broken into bite-size pieces
Instructions:
In a large microwave-safe bowl, toss chocolate and oil. Microwave, uncovered, at 50% power for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or
until chocolate is melted, stiring once. Stir in marshmallows and graham crackers. Spoon into paper-lined muffin cups
(about a 1/3 cup each). Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
Serves: 12
