This week's recipe was submitted to us by 3 year old Justin in Fenton, Missouri. Justin's Mom says, "Justin may be only
3 but he has learned to measure the dry ingredients, and he starts to mix, when it gets hard to mix and get ready to roll I do
it, I flatten dough, Justin rolls with his very own rolling pin. he uses cookie cutters and places the biscuits on the pans, I
put in oven and take out of oven. When cool he put in bags for me. And of course feeds the dogs."

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix flour and oats, add banana, vanilla, and broth. Mix well to a pie dough consistancy.

Let's Get Cooking!
While there are many reasons for teaching kids to cook -- less expensive than eating out, preserves family heritage, etc, the most important
reason is that by teaching your child to cook, you're giving him a better chance to be a healthy grown-up. Enabling your child with the ability
to appreciate freshness and to transform ingredients into tasty foods opens their eyes to making wiser choices about what to eat...
