"I love to bake and these treats were easy to make. My family really liked them!"
Crescent Apple Treats
Tools needed:
spoon
paring knife
medium bowl
cookie sheet
parchment paper
oven mitts
Ingredients:
1 finely chopped apple
3 Tablespoons sugar
1 Tablespoon flour
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 (8 oz) can Crescent Rolls
For Glaze:
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 - 2 teaspoons water
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place a sheet of parchment paper on the cookie sheet.
In a medium bowl combine chopped apple, sugar, flour and cinnamon. Stir until apples are coated. Seperate crescent doungh into 8 triangles. Spoon about
1 teaspoon of apple mixture onto the center of each triangle. Fold 3 points of dough over filling, overlapping like an envelope. Place seamed sides
down on top of the parchment paper on the cookie sheet.
Bake in oven for 15 to 20 minutes. While baking, mix together the powdered sugar and water so that it is like a paste. Set aside until rolls are finished baking.
Remove cookie sheet from oven.
Drizzle the glaze on the warm rolls and serve rioght away.
