I choose apple pie, pecan pie, and coconut cream pie. I like colby cheese on my apple pie. I also like Cream Cheese braids as well.

Grasshopper Pie!!!

Makes a great Christmas dessert, but good any time of the year for a refreshing minty flavor!

1 1/2 cups cold milk
1 (3.9 oz pkg.) instant chocolate pudding mix
2 3/4 cups whipped topping
1 (4.67 oz pkg.) Andes mint candies, chopped
1 (9") chocolate crumb crust
1/4 tsp mint extract
2 drops green food coloring

In a small bowl whisk the milk and pudding for 2 minutes. Let stand 2 minutes or till soft set. Fold in 3/4 cup whipped topping. Fold in 3/4 cup candies. Spoon into the crust. In another bowl combine extract and remaining whipped topping and add food coloring. Spread over pudding layer and sprinkle with remaining candies. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or till set. Makes 8 servings
