6 tbsp. sugar
6 tbsp. rice vinegar
6 tbsp. catsup
1 1/2 cup water
3 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. water
Bring sugar, vinegar, catsup and 1 1/2 cups water to a boil in a saucepan. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with 3 tbsp of water till smooth. Add to sauce and bring to a boil stirring constantly until smooth and thickened. Serve at room temperature.Makes 10- 12 (2 oz.) Servings
