This is going o sound a little strange to you, but it works!
1 package (13 3/4 ounces) hot roll mix
1/2 pound bulk Italian sausage, cooked and drained
2 cups cream-style cottage cheese
1 can (12 ounces) seasoned tomato paste
1 cup ) shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 pound mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Prepare roll mix according to package directions. Press onto bottom and sides of buttered jelly-roll pan, 15x10 inches, or 13 inch diameter pizza pan.Combine all ingredients except Parmesan cheese. Spread on prepared dough. Top with Parmesan cheese. Let rise 30 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees F for 35 minutes. 6 servings
