Caramel inside
14 oz caramels
3 tablespoons evaporated milk
2 cups pecan halves
Mix these ingredients together as it is melted in a double-boiler. Spoon out onto greased wax paper and allow to cool.
Chocolate outer shell
1 (11 ½ oz) box of milk chocolate chips
1/3 box paraffin wax
Melt over a double-boiler until everything is completely melted. Dip the caramel pieces into the chocolate and then back onto the wax paper. Store in a cool dry place.
