This is my DD's favorite dish in the whole wide world!

Mexican Lasagna

6-12 tortillas, cut into lasagna type strips
1 small can chopped chilies
1 lb cooked and drained hamburger meat
2 cans cream of mushrooom soup
1 can enchalada sauce
3-4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
sliced black olives (optional)

Mix together chilies, meat, soup, sauce, and olives in a saucepan or the frying pan that you used to cook the meat. Cook over medium heat until bubbly. Layer this sauce with the tortillas in a 9X13 inch baking pan with several layers. When you run out of sauce, top with cheese and cover with foil. Bake in a 350˚ oven for 15 minutes. Remove foil and continue cooking until the cheese is melted and hot and bubbly.
