3 qts water
1 pound dried beans, any variety
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 pound mild Italian sausage
1 large onion, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
3 cloves garlic, moinced
1 large green bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup habanero pepper sauce
32 oz canned tomatoes
Salt & pepper to taste

Bring water, beans and chicken bouillon cubes to boil and boil for 70 minutes. In a separate soup pot, brown the sausage and stir in onion, celery, garlic and green pepper and cook till tender. Add sausage mixture to beans and bring back to a boil. Add habanero sauce and tomatoes and simmer 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
