This recipe came in the mail yesterday; sounds good; I'll have to get some canned biscuits to try it!

2 cans refrigerated biscuits
1 pound lean ground beef
1 can (15 oz) Sloppy Joe Sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Open biscuits and put one biscuit each into greased muffin tinns. Press agaist sides and bottoms to create a well in the middle of each biscuit. Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain. Mix ground beef with sloppy joe sauce and put inside biscuit wells. Top with shredded cheese and bake at 375 degrees for 11-15 minutes.

I just made this same recipe the other night but used taco seasoning in place of the sloppy joe sauce. My kids and I liked them but my DH didn't.

Do you belong to a rural co-op? That is what it came in here; isn't it funny how some recipes travel? LOL

I've also use my homemade"sloppy joe" sauce instead of the canned; still pretty good that way too!
