3 peelers in 1, the Perfect Peeler offers horizontal and vertical peeling styles PLUS a 45-degree angle that lessens fatigue (great for longer tasks). Simply turn the dial to the peeling angle you like best.

The Perfect Peeler is ideal for right or lefthanders and fits both large and small hands. A comfortable, non-slip grip makes it easy to maneuver around fruits and vegetables. Ultra sharp advanced ceramic blade is positioned at the optimum cutting angle to glide effortlessly through foods. The Perfect Peeler is dishwasher safe, easy to locate in a drawer and a joy to use!

Preferred by professional chefs and home cooks worldwide, ceramic has 3 main advantages:

Ultra sharp: The strength and density of our advanced ceramic allow grinding to microacopic precision by diamond wheels. The result is a razor sharp blade that retains its original sharpness 10 times longer than conventional blades, including high carbon steels.

Ultra pure: Unlike metal blades, ceramic blades will not transfer metallic taste or smell to food, nor corrode or rust from acids and oils in fruits and vegetables.

Ultra lightweight: Kyocera advanced seramic kitchen tools are lightweight and easy to use, reducing fatigue and prep time.

Cindy, that looks like a neat tool! What's the retail price for this peeler? With summer coming, we eat a lot of cucumbers :D

Looks like it's $19.95. A little steep for a peeler but if it stays sharp and doesn't rust and it would mean that I can get rid of all of my old cheapo peelers, it would be worth it! :D

To me, there are some things that are worth paying a little more for in the beginning if its going to last.

Do you think that it might be available in one of the kitchen speciality stores? I shop at Williams Sonoma sometimes when I'm in Louisville., so maybe I'll have to check that out!

That's not a bad price for a good product. I need to check to see if they also have choppers. The one I've had forever is biting the dust.
