4 to 6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 cup fat free sour cream
2 cans low to no fat cream of chicken soup
1 tsp garlic powder
1 box stuffing mix
shredded mozzerella cheese
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Prepare the stuffing mix as on the box, except: do not add any butter to it. Take a 9 X 13 pan and place the chicken breasts in it. Mix the soup, sour cream and spices together till thoroughly blended. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken breasts. Next, put a small handful of shredded on each breast. Take the stuffing mix and pack it on top of the chicken, soup and cheese to form a crust over the entire thing. Try to make sure that there are no openings on top. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour. 4- 6 servings
