1 can ( 1 pound 8 oz) sweet potatoes
5 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter
6 to 8 sausage links
Slice potatoes and layer with apple slices in a greased 2 qt. casserole, sprinkling layers with sugar and salt and dotting with butter. Arrange sausages on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or till sausages are brown and apples are tender. 6 servings
