Can't decide between French Toast and Panckes; these pancakes taste like French Toast! The bread is combined with egg and milk to make a pancake batter which is what makes it taste like French toast
4 slices bread ( diet, high fiber or whole grain)
2 eggs OR 4 egg whites
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
Combine ingredients in food processsor or blender and cover and process till smooth. Spray a non stick griddle with nonstick spray till slick. Pour batter into 4 large or 8 small pancakes(don't try to cook them all at once). Cook over moderate heat till tops are bubbled an d turn and brown other side. Makes 4 servings
