1 loaf thick french bread
6 ounces ham
3ounce swiss cheese
3 eggs per
1 cup of milk
confectioners sugar


Cut french loaf into 6 2" slices.Then cut each slice 3/4 of the way through from the bottom. Next add 1 slice ham then slice cheese then ham.Mix egg and milk together. Dip each peice in egg and milk wash. Fry at medium heat til golden brown, Top with confectioners sugar and serve with maple syrup. Makes 3 servings
