CAKE
1 pkg (18 1/4 oz) white cake mix
1 1/4 cups root beer
2 eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Frosting
1 pkg. (1.3oz) whipped topping mix
1/4 cup root beer
Combine ingredients for cake. Beat with an electric mixer on slow speed for 30 seconds. Then beat on high for 2 minutes. Pour into a greased 13 x 9" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 40 minutes or till done. Cool and then prepare frosting: Place frosting ingredients into a bowl and with a mixer mix till stiff peaks form. Frost cake. Keep chilled in refrigerator till serving time.
