3 strips bacon, diced
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp cornstarch
2 tbsp cider vinegar
4 tbsp cold water. divided
1 pkg. (16 oz) frozen french style green beans
In a skillet cook bacon till crsip. In a bowl combine sugar and coprnsarch and stir in vinegar and 2 tsp water till smooth. Stir into skillet and bring to a boil, cook and stir aboput 1 mionjte or till thickened. In a large microwave safe bowl combine beans and remaining water. Cover and microwave on HIGH 6 - 8 minutes or till heated, drain. Addbacon mixture and toss. 6 servings
