1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp unsalted margarine
1 garlic clove, minced
1 shallot, minced
4 oz mushrooms, sliced
1 zucchini, diced
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp dried basil
1 jar (26 oz) LS marinara or pasta sauce
1 lb spaghetti, cooked
Parmesan cheese
Heat oil and margarine in a large skillet over medium-high heat,saute garlic and shallots 2–3 minutes. Add mushrooms, zucchini and spices; saute for 3–4 minutes. Stir in marinara sauce and cook 5 minutes. Mix in cooked spaghetti and serve with parmesan sprinkled on top. Serves 6
