These are very good; they taste like baking powder biscuits but with the ease of muffins!
2 1/2 cups all puirpose flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 tbsp baking powder
3/4 cup cold margarine
1 cup cold milk
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 12 muffin cups. These will brown on the sides and bottoms when baked without paper liners. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, and baking powder. Cut in margarine till mixture resembles coarse crumbs and stir in milk, just till flour mixture is moistened. Spoon into muffin cups. Bake 20 minutes or till golden. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack, Makes 12 muffins
