When we used to camp we would take the indivdual bags of fritos and prepare a salad and at supper time we would tear open the bag and deposit the salad ingredients (we had that all mixed in a large zip loc bag) on top of the fritos and then put the dressing on; it made a no clean up salad for supper!

We used to tear ours open and pour chili, cheese, and onion and make Frito Pie.

We did ours with the salad because it was usually our friday night supper on a campout with boy scouts. By the time we left work we didn't have time for a supper so we took that; already bagged and ready to go. The boys on friday nights ate at home.

We would cut open the side of a single serving bag and pour the hot chili over the Fritos. Then, sprinkle a little onion and cheese on top. The Frito bag is the bowl that you eat from. I like it in a pinch because you can use plastic ware and the Frito bag and nothing to wash. I bring all the "fixins" in baggys.
