Tuna Salad
1 can chunk tuna, drained
2-3 T mayonnaise
1/2 apple, finely diced or 1 small package pecans, finely chopped (for crunch and flavor)
1/4 C onion, finely diced
salt, pepper, garlic to taste
Serve in a sandwich or inside a tomato as a salad.
