This is a good breakfast to have ready for those early mornings!




4 medium-sized apples, peeled and sliced
1/4 C. honey
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp butter, melted
2 C. granola cereal

Spray inside of Crock-Pot with nonstick spray. Place apples in slow cooker and mix in remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low 7-9 hours, or overnight or cook on high 2-3 hours. Serve with milk. Makes 4 servings.

yes! you can eat anything you want as long as you count your points. It's best not to go wild with things that are high in points (calories/fat), but you have 35 flex points each week in addition to your daily points that help you to allow little treats here and there or to get through those difficult days of the month if you are a little more munchy.
