These make a great snack and the kids love them!
1 1/2 cups cold milk
1 pkg (1.4 oz) sugar free inmstant chocolate pudding mix
1 carton (8 oz) cool whiop, thawed
1 cup miniature marshmallows
2 pkgs. (8 oz each) chocolate wafers
In a bowl whisk milk and pudding for 2 minutes or till thickened slightly. Fold in cool whip and marshmallows. For each "sandwich" spread about 2 tbsp of pudding mixture on a cookie and top with another cookie. Stack "sandwiches" in an airtight container and freeze till firm. Remove from freezer about 5 minutes before seving. Makes about 43 "sandwiches"
