Refried Bean Pizza
1 tube refrigerated corn bread twists
1 can refried beans
1 (4 oz) can chopped green chilies
2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
1 can sliced black olives, drainged
Optional:
chopped tomatoes, salsa, sour cream, and green onions
Unroll the bread dough and press onto a gressed 12 inch pizza pan. Bake at 375˚ for 11-13 minutes or until lightly brown. Combine the refried beans and chilies. Spread over crust within a 1/2 inch of edge. Top with cheese and olives. Bake 5-8 minutes or until the cheese melts. Cut into wedges.
I personally like to add the tomatoes right into the pizza.
