9 egg whites
3 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
6 drops yellow food coloring
3/4 cup shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese
In a bowl beat egg whites and eggs. Add sour cream, milk, onions, salt and pepper and food coloring. Pour into a large nonstick skillet coated with no stick spray; cook and gently stir over n=medium heat till eggs are completely set. Sprinkle with cheese and cover and let stnad 5 minutes. 6 servngs
