If you like mustard on yor corn dogs you will really like these; they have mustard right in the batter!
1 cup all purpose flour
2 tbsp cornmeal
4 tsp gound mustard
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup milk
10 wooden skewers
10 hot dogs
oil for frying
In a bowl mx the dry ingredients. Stir in the egg and milk just till moistened. Insert skewers into hot dogs and dip into batter. In a skillet heat 2" of oil to 375 degrees. Fry corn dogs 5-8 minutes or till golden. Drain on paper towels and serve.
