Tweedledellees Cookies (no bake)

Tweedledellees Cookies

2 C granulated sugar
1/2 C butter
1/2 cup milk
1 C coconut
1 t vanilla
1/2 C cocoa
1/2 C chopped nuts
3 C quick cooking oats

Mix sugar, butter, and milk in saucepan and boil for 2 minutes. Then, stir in oatmeal, vanilla, cocoa, and chopped nuts into boiling mixture. Drop by a teaspoon on wax paper.

I'm anxious to try this one! I've only ever seen the no cook cookies that are chocolate so this will be a nice addition to that one; in fact on the same plate they will look quite nice!
