3 cans (6 oz each) orange juice concentrate, thaswed
1 1/4 cups lime juice
1 cup honey
5 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
10 cloves of garlic, minced
3 tbsp ground cumin
2 tbsp grated lime peel
1 tsp salt
2 pounds boneless turkey, cut into 1 1/4" cubes
4 medium sweet green peppers, cut into 1" pieces
1 large red onion cur into 1" pieces
3 small zucchini cut into 3/4" pieces
8 oz fresh meushrooms
3 medium limes, cut into wedges

In a bowl combine the first eight ingredients and mix well. Pour half of the marinade into a large zip loc bag, add meat and turn to coat. Pour remaining marinade into another bag. Add vegetables and turn to coat. Seal and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight, turning occasionally. Drain meat dicarding marinade. Drain vegetables reserving marinade for basting. On metal skewers alternately place meat, vegetables and lime wedges. Grill uncovered over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side. Baste with reserved marinade. Continue turning and basting 10-12 minutes or till meat is done and vegetables are tender. 8 servings
