This is my favorite!
Pecan Pie
1 1/4 C chopped pecans (the fresher the better)
3 eggs
1/2 C sugar
1/4 C butter
1 C white Karo Syrup
1/8 t vanilla
1 uncooked pie shell
Mix together eggs, sugar, and syrup. Beat. Add melted butter, salt, and vanilla. Pour chopped buts in bottom of uncooked pie shell. Pour the egg mixture over the pecans. Cook in a 350˚ oven vor 50-55 minutes.
