1/2 cup water (70 to 80 degrees)
1 cup small curd cottage cheese
2 tbsp margarine, melted
1 egg
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3 cups bread flour
1 tsp active dry yeast
In bread machine place all ingredients in order suggested by your manufacturer. Select basic bread setting. Choose crust color and loaf size of 1 1/2 pound. Bake according to bread machine directions. Makes 1 1/2 pound loaf
