If you like a reuben sandwich you should like this; it's good on crackers, but even better on the little party ryes
1 pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tbsp ketchup
1/2 pound corned beef, finely chopped
1 cup sauerkraut, chopped, rinsed and drained
1 cup (4 oz) shredded swiss cheese
2 tbsp finely chopped onion
party rye bread OR crackers
In a mixing bowl beat the cream cheese and sour cream and ketchup together till smooth. Stir in corned beef, sauerkraut, swiss cheese and onion till blended. Transfer to a 1 quart baking dish and cover and bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 more minutes. Serve warm. Makes about 3 cups
