Tater Tot Casserole

1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 large package frozen miz=xed vegetables.
Grated cheddar cheese.
1 large package frozen tater tots

In a skillet, brown meat and onions. In a bowl, mix all other ingreadients except cheese and tater tots. Place in a 9x13 inch baking pan. Top with tater tots and cheese. Bake in a 350 degree oven for one hour.

Sounds like something that would go over well with anyone that likes tater tots! I love them, but they are one of the no-no's on DH diet, so I'll have to fix this one day when we have somebody here for a meal so I can have some too! LOL

I think potatoes ar my most favorite food; there are so many ways to fix them. Just wish there was a way to make homemade tater tots that could be baked and never have been fried!

Potatoes and bread are two of the best things in life. lol

Oh yes, lets see; we buy our all purpose potatoes by the 50 pound sack and I have 8 loaves of bread in the refrigerator! LOL

Since I am in this RV most of the time, I don't have the space to keep large amounts of potatoes or bread.
