1/4 cup water
2 tsp. butter, melted
1/4 cup flour
2 cups beef stock
Throughly mix first three ingredients in a bowl. Add mixture and beef stock to a saucepan. Cook over medium heat for about 5 to 10 minutes. Makes about 2 cups
