These are very simple for even young children to make with some assistance!

1 cup self rising flour
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp sugar
1 cup milk

Mix the flour, sugar, mayonnaise and milk together; mix well. Fill well buttered muffin pan 2/3 full. Bake in 400 degree oven for 25 minutes or till golden

Yes, way back when my boys were small and still interested in "helping" they would make these for supper while I was making the other food. They were always so proud that they made the "biscuits"! I KNOW you could make them!

Im printing this out right now. I just informed my son that he is going to start cooking once a week once school is out. He is in one of his moods right now so he isnt too thrilled but I think once we actually start doing it, he will like it. Im sure he will be proud to make biscuits too.

Thanks!!

I'm trying this one now! Hope they turn out. Biscuits would have been good with tonight's dinner but I didn't think of that.

I can't wait to try these with the kids! We just got self rising flour last week to use for a cupcake recipe and I was kind of wondering what else to use it for!
