1 9" baked pie shell
1 envelope (2 oz) dessert topping mix
1 can (18 oz) vanilla pudding
1 can (3 1/2 oz_ flaked coconut
1 tbsp orange juice
1/2 cup raspberry jam

Prepare dessert topping mix as directed on pkg. Fold in pudding and 1 cup of the coconut. Pour into baked pie shell and sprinkle with remaining coconut. Chill at least 2 hours or till set. Stir orange juice into jam and serve as a topping on the pie
