6 tsp margarine, divided
2 tbsp brownsugar
4 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp almond extract
2 large ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
2 flour tortillas (10")
2 tsp sugar
In a small saucepan melt 4 tsp margarine. Stir in the brown sugar, lemon juice and extract. Add peach slices and cook and stir over medium heat for 5 minutes. Place tortillas on an ungreased baking sheet and spoon peach mixture onto half of tortillas to within 1/2" of sides and fold tortillas over. Melt remaining margarine and brush over the top. Sprinkle with the sugar and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or till golden brown. Cut in half. 2 servings
