1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp margarine, melted
4 ard boiled eggs, sliced
3 slics bacon, diced
1 cup sour cream
1 tbsp milk
1 tbsp instant dried onion
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cup cheddar cheese,shredded
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Toss bread crumbs in margarine and divide among 4 buttered 10 oz baking dishes. Layer egg slices over crumbs.Fry the bacon till crisp and drain. Stir together baon,sour cream, milk, onion and seasonings and spoon over eggs. Top with cheese and bake uncoveres 10 to 15 minutes or till cheese is melted. 4 servings
