8 slices buttered bread, crusts removed
4 slices cheese
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 tsp prepared mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup milk
Make sandwiches with bread and cheese slices, with the butered sides of bread on the outside. Place in an 8 or 9" square cake pan. Combine egg, mustard, salt and milk and pour over sandwiches. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes. Cool for 5-10 minutes before serving. Makes 4 servings:D
