3 cups sorn flakes cereal crushed to 1 1/2 cups
1 tbsp margarine
2 1/2 cups twist pasta
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp Mrs Dash herb & spice blend
2 cans (12 oz each) evaporated milk
1 cup parmesan cheese,grated
1 cup frozen peas
3/4 cup shredded carrot
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1 cup salad shrimp
1 pkg/ (8oz) imitation crab, flaked
Combine cornflakes and margarine and set aside. Cook pasta according to pkg. directions. In a 3 qt. pan, combine flour, salt and seasonings. Gradually add milk, stirring till smooth. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly till mixture thickens and bubbles. Add cheese and continue cooking and stirring 1 minute longer. Remove from heat and stir in pasta and remaining ingredients. Spread in a 2 1/2 qt casserole and sprinkle with cereal topping. Bake at 350 degrees about 40 minutes or till hot and bubbly around edges. Serve hot. 6 servings
