4 tbsp margarine
2 cups choppd cold roast beef or steak
2 to 4 cups chopped boiled potatoes
1/2 cup onion, chopped
salt & pepper
1 cup beef gravy
Melt margarine and brown onion slightly and then add remaining ingredients. Heat thoroughly and stir occasionally and brown the hash. Makes about 4 servings
