This is the most requested recipe from them in San Diego, California
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup crushed pineapple
1 tbsp milk
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp poppy seeds
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
8 to 10 cups red & green cabbage, shredded for coleslaw
In a small bowl combine the first six ingredients. Place the colesalw mix in a large bowl and add dressing and toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. 4 servings
