6 pound leg of lamb
2 tsp salt
flour
1 onion, sliced
1 cup water
1/2 cup catsup
2 tbsp A-1 sauce
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Wipe leg of lamb with a damp cloth. Rub with salt and drege with flour. Place in a roasting pan and suround with onion. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well and pour over meat. Roast in a 350 degree oven 30 minutes for each pound. Baste every 20 minutes with the sauce. Serves 8
