2 pints cherry tomatoes, halved
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp dried oregano
3 tbsp margarine
Place tomatoes on a double thickness of foil. In a skillet saute garlic and oregano in margarine about 2 minutes. Pour over tomatoes and fold foil around tomatoes and seal. Grill, covered over medium heat 8-10 minutes or till heated through, turning once. 4-6 servings

I play around with the herbs sometimes and it can really change the flavor and give you many more of a variety of this too!

I do too. I especially love basil and/or oregano.

I also sometimes just take regular size tomaotes and cut them into chunks and do the same thing; it works well with yellow tomatoes also.

Have you ever just put some French salad dressing on them with a pastry brush and grilled them? It is really good too and to do that with other garden veggies.

Oh, I've used it for marinating chicken but never on veggies for grilling, will have to try it that way.
