4 slices sodium reduced bread
2 tsp. low fat mayonnaise
6 oz roasted turkey,sliced
2 tsp Mrs. Dash minced onion medley seasoning
2 slices low sodium Monterey Jack cheese

Spread the bread with mayonnaise, add turkey slices, sprinkle with Mrs. Dash Minced Onion seasoning. Lay cheese slices on top. Place second slice of bread on top of each sandwich. Wrap sandwiches in a paper towel. Microwave for 30-35 seconds or until cheese is melted. These are also good cooked in a sandwich grill.

I like to use jalapeno pepper cheese on them too, but not on DH's because I can't find it low fat!

I have to laught at that ,but here's why; when DH and I were first married our treat once a week was to go by the Hickory Farm store and pick up a new (to us) cheese and some summer sausage for what we thought at the time was a good snack instead of junk food; little did we know then that it was going to be bad for DH a few years later~

I can imagine, especially with the sausage.
