1 guinea fowl
4 slices bacon
2 tbsp flour
salt & pepper

Clean the guinea and cut into serving pieces. Fry bacon ;sit bacon aside and brown the guinea pieces in the hot fat. Add the flour and stir till mixed; add 2cups hot water, salt, and pepper, and stir till gravy boils. Cover and simmer till tender about 1 1/2 hours. Serve with gravy. Serves 2 to 3
